Dame Judy Dench is proud to present their Sophomore outing That’s Just 5 Kids in a Trench Coat. A 50min sketch comedy show that you didn’t see coming. Dame Judy Dench is back with their bent perspective, distinctive voice and intelligent brand of comedy.
This 5 person troupe takes on serious subject matter in the most absurd ways. Writing as a collective Dame Judy Dench has spent the last year compiling material that makes you laugh and think. Physical comedy is paired with dry wit, in a show that illustrates the absurdity of trying to be an adult.Written and performed by an ensemble cast of Claire Farmer, Jessica Greco, Shannon Lahaie, Chris Leveille and Gavin Pounds. Directed by the multi CCA award winner Marty Adams. This cast combines their individual backgrounds in music, broadcasting, theatre, film and TV to create a style Mooney on Theatre said “had similarities to The Kids in the Hall: whimsy combined with politically biting commentary.”
