The Demonstrator
Searching for Transparency
An unfinished story haunts a writer forever. GITA Productions is pleased to announce the world premiere of Grayson R. Moore’s The Demonstrator at the Toronto Fringe Festival. The show opens July 6 at 10:30 pm and closes July 17 at 4:30 pm.
Audrey (Krista Hovsepian), a young journalist, accuses her boss of harassment, but soon issues a mysterious retraction without breathing a word of what happened to anyone. Isolating herself completely, her only contact with the outside world becomes daily conversations with her paper boy (Stephen Lotimer) and with an enigmatic young girl (Kate Zsoldos) who haunts her every thought, critiquing each and everything that she does. What has her spooked? Why can’t she seem to keep writing? And who exactly is this young girl at Audrey’s side?
