This Sunday was International Women’s Day and to celebrate that, this week’s selections for theatre on a budget celebrate women overcoming adversity, coming of age, becoming stronger, forging ahead and generally kicking ass and taking names. The Vagina Monologues Meets The F Word by Jennifer Phillips (360 Productions). Phillips combines excerpts from Eve Ensler’s Vagina Monologues with excerpts from her play, The F Word, in celebration of International Women’s Day.
