From press release
Moose + Moa Theatre Company presents The Art of Being Alone, a charming dark comedy about depression and heart ache, showing at the 2016 Toronto Fringe Festival. Stephane is heartbroken and devastated; his world is ending and Melvin, a plastic duck, is his sole sympathizer. You are invited to bear witness to his hilarious and fragile journey of loneliness and unrequited love.
Written and performed by Stephane Garneau-Monten, a graduate of the National Theatre School, and Toronto based actor (Hello Cello, Goodbye Heart, Workshop at Factory Theatre, Life of Jude, Summerworks) and directed by Isaac Robinson, a McGill University graduate (Director An Iliad, Associate Director Ohio and Tadeu Take Their Lives at Montague Park, Rhubarb Festival, Assistant Dramaturge Cock, Studio Theatre).
