After the worst ride accident ever, a veteran amusement park detective and his young protégé probe the bizarre nether realms of Super-Duper Mega-Marine Coaster World – where mascots and killer whales have axes to grind, the head of public relations is holed up in Rapunzel’s tower with a rifle and secrets refuse to stay buried.
Climb aboard a comic ride that’s more twisted than a Corkscrew Coaster and darker than the Tunnel of Love during a power outage.
Theme Park is a deranged one-man 11-character comedy written & performed by David Jacobson from San Francisco, California; directed by Mark Kenward. It revs up its wild 60-minute ride at the Toronto Fringe Festival July 6th to 17th after being a sold-out hit at last year’s San Francisco Fringe Festival.
